仁愛堂為本港六大慈善機構，自30年代開始建立中醫診所，贈醫施藥，展開救貧賬災的工作。為配合社會的發展及需要，本堂於1977年註冊為非弁利慈善團體，以「匡老扶幼、興學育才、助弱保康、關社睦鄰」為宗旨，為巿民提供社會福利、教育、醫療、康體等服務。服務遍及屯門、元朗、大埔、沙田、荃灣、葵青、尖沙咀、將軍澳、銅鑼灣等區。

Yan Oi Tong is one of the six largest charitable organizations in Hong Kong. Registered as a non-profit organization in 1977, the organization provides professional services like social welfare, education, medical service, sports and recreational service for the citizens.The services widely cover many districts in Hong Kong including Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tai Po, Shatin, Tsuen Wan, Kwai Tsing, Tsim Sha Tsui, Tseung Kwan O, Causeway Bay.
